Our inbound services can be utilized in various ways. We can provide customer service support and management, management of customer relationships, inbound selling services, loan servicing, and help desk services to name a few. Our inbound services are charged on a per hour basis with a one-time setup fee. All programming fees and script development costs will be charged as a pass through from our dialer provider.
OutboundLead generation, telemarketing services, debt collection, loan consolidation, student loan campaigns are some examples of the outbound services we can offer. We provide business-to-business and business-to-consumer outbound calling services to various industries.
Our outbound services are charged on a per hour basis. Only under certain circumstances, will we charge on a performance basis. A one-time setup fee will be charged. All programming fees and script implementation costs will be charged as a pass through from our dialer provider.
Since campaigns are customized, we do not provide the script. We consider script development the responsibility of our clients. However, we can lend assistance to the script development process for particular campaigns upon request of our clients.
Because our clients control who we call, we do not provide the contact list database. However, we can provide information on reputable list companies, upon request.
Back-Office ProcessingSome examples of back-office processing functions that we can provide are mortgage loan processing, billing and accounts receivable management, and appointment setting.
We can provide alternatives to your labor intensive processes at a lower cost. Charges and fees will depend on the requirements.
